On Tuesdays we have been going to the Papatoetoe pools. We have been learning how to be safe in the water. We are having so much fun learning different techniques.

Our Term 2 value is Honesty - Pononga.

Being truthful, and somebody who others can trust is very important at PCS. 

We are reading "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" which is about a boy who was not very honest. There is a moral to this story - if you make up stories all the time - nobody will believe you even when you are telling the truth!

We are making posters about honesty in Comic Life. When they are finished we will publish them on our blog.

Our trip to the zoo

Welcome to term 2.

Every Tuesday afternoon we have sports with counties Manukau.

Here we are having a fun game of soccer.

              In term 1 we had race relations day at school. These kids stopped for a lovely group photo!

                              Last term room 16 along with the other year 4 classes went to the zoo.
